How to install D-Link mode 526b at Telkom Speedy Network

On a night of heavy rain accompanied by lightning, and without it I know tomorrow morning my ADSL modem has been struck by lightning.
Finally I bought an ADSL modem D-Link Brand Type DSL-526B, and I managed to install itself.
Here's how to install it:
1. Put Kebel on ADSL modem D-Link DSL-526B that connects to the phone and the computer
2. Open your Web browser (Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, or others.
3. Enter the "IP Address": 192.168.1.1
4. Fill in the username: admin password: admin
5. Click Advanced Setup then click WAN
6. In the column "VPI" and "VCI" Please in the content according to your area (Please contact telkom 147)
7. Service Category : Select UBR Without PCR
8. Stain mark Enable Quality Of Service
9. Next >
7. Click on "PPP over Ethernet (PPPoE)"
8. Select "LLC/SNAP-BRIDGING"
9. Click Next again
10. Enter Number Speedy with the format: nomorspeedy@telkom.net. Example: 123456789012@telkom.net Remember ..!!! Username and password obtained from the speedytelkom
11. The contents of "Service Name" is up to you (mark stain)
12. "Authentication Method" select "AUTO" (mark stain)
13. Tick blemish on: "Enable WAN Service"
14. Click SAVE and reboot
